Being Prepared

Your first line of defense, to protecting you and your family, is heeding the warnings and being prepared. Trying to deal with an emergency event after the fact is a difficult proposition. Having a plan for you and your family before an emergency can make all the difference.

An important consideration are people that have special needs.  This includes those with health or mobility issues.  Special needs can also be those with cognizant of recongnition issues.  For help with dealing with those situations we have a special program in place.  Project Special Response was developed in helping individuals in Anderson County get the help they need in times of disaster.
